The hotel is situated in a great area, close to the city centre and with all the amenities nearby. The rooms are well-priced and offer basic amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a single bed with a view, despite the room being in a rather poor condition. The breakfast was included and cooked to order, ensuring fresh and delicious food.

The hotel had comfortable beds with clean linen and towels. The location was great, perfect for exploring Chester. The hotel had a car park, with a refundable fee for guests. The staff, especially Hannah, were pleasant and welcoming. The building was nice and the rooms were spacious. The hotel was close to the city center, making it convenient for shopping. The hotel had an interesting haunted history, adding to the overall experience.
